Congratulations to the Women's Institute for a Secure Retirement on celebrating their 20th anniversary! Donna MacFarland had the opportunity to participate on a panel entitled "Looking Forward: Improving the Future of Women's Retirement." Donna was quoted as saying "Based on recent research, women continue to lag men in their confidence around retirement savings and in their financial knowledge. The industry needs to look deeper to find new insights into the challenges that women face in saving to achieve a secure retirement."
Argyle's CMO Leadership Forum: Spotlight on Financial Services, Boston, MA

Serving as host of Argyle's CMO Financial Services Forum held in Boston, Donna MacFarland had the opportunity to share perspectives and insights with over 100 senior-level marketing professionals from the New England area. Key insights included the value of creating of a marketing technology roadmap for your organization and the need to infuse research into your customer experience persona and journey map creation.
Donna MacFarland participated in the Gramercy Institute's two-day strategic marketing retreat at the Bear Creek Resort. Donna spoke about the need to align inside and outside brand perceptions. Donna was quoted as saying "it is important for brands think about how their internal cultures can support the marketplace perception of their brand. Brand image is the culmination of customer experiences delivered by your employees."
